The president of Uganda recently signed a bill into law that would penalize homosexual acts with life imprisonment and “aggravated homosexuality” (i.e., homosexual rape) with a maximum sentence of death. The international community is calling it a gross violation of civil rights, and Ted Cruz says the law is “horrific,” but the people of Uganda are happy their children will be protected from homosexuality.
